PRIVACY POLICY

 

1.                              General Provisions

1.1.          This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) defines the main rules and conditions for the processing of personal data applicable to every visitor to the website www.seasonbible.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), who agrees to receive marketing materials and newsletters from the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User or Data Subject).

1.3.          It is considered that the User has read and agreed to comply with the Privacy Policy when they visit the Website and agree to receive direct marketing messages and/or newsletters from the Website.

1.4.          A User who does not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy has the right not to use the Website and its services.

1.5.          The Company has the right to process and manage the data provided by the User during registration or while using the Website, as well as other personal data collected by the Company (hereinafter – Personal Data).

1.6.          The User's personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal requirements. When processing the User's personal data, the Company implements organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.

1.7.          Personal data are processed to properly provide services to Users, post advertisements, and provide and receive appropriate information about current advertisements, persons seeking or offering jobs, and similar purposes.

 

2.                              Personal Data

2.1.          Personal data is any information collected by the Company about the Client that can be used to identify the Client's identity and is stored electronically or otherwise.

2.2.          Personal data includes any information, including the Client's name, surname, date of birth, email address, phone number, identification number (Lithuanian resident's personal code or foreign citizen's personal code or other identification number), age, gender, data of identity documents, declared or actual place of residence address, employment data, Internet Protocol (IP), as well as browsing history on the Website collected by the Company for the purpose specified in this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or a separate agreement or consent with the Company.

2.3.          Data on Job Seekers. To provide more detailed information, the Company processes the following data about job seekers:

2.3.1.     Bank card data, name, surname, email, phone number, place of residence address, gender, age, languages, photo, video, resume, information about qualifications, current and previous employment.

2.4.          Data on Employers. To provide more detailed information, the Company collects the following data about employers:

2.4.1.     Bank card data, name, surname, company name, registration code, company logo, email, phone number.

2.5.          The Company may also process other information about the User that they voluntarily provide to the Campiness, as well as browsing history on the Website collected by the Company for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or a separate Company agreement or consent with the Company.

 

3.     Purposes of Data Processing. Legal Basis for Data Processing. Retention Period

3.1.          The Company needs the Client's personal data, which may be collected by the methods described below, for the following purposes.

3.2.          The contact details provided by the Client (email, phone number) are also used by the Company for communication purposes, including responses to the Client's inquiries and comments, providing the Client with important information about the Company's rules and/or changes to this Privacy Policy, contacting the Client when necessary.

3.3.          It is considered that: 1) the data provided by the Client are accurate and correct; 2) the Client's consent is given freely. If the Client provides incorrect (false) data and/or does not update the changed data, the Company may face difficulties in ensuring that the Client can conveniently use the Website, as well as issues in implementing the Client's rights.

3.4.          The Client's data is processed for the following purposes:

3.4.1.     registration (through the Website, email, phone) to receive the Company's services;

3.4.2.     customer service and consultation;

3.4.3.     improving the Website to offer better tailored services to the Client;

3.4.4.     conducting quality surveys of the services provided by the Company;

3.4.5.     provided personalized marketing messages;

3.4.6.     handling complaints and claims and managing Client inquiries;

3.4.7.     other purposes when the Company is obliged to process the Client's personal data by law or has a legitimate interest.

3.5.          The data processing period: 2 (two) years after the contract date and/or visit to the Website, except for section 3.4.6.

3.6.          The legal basis for data processing: consent, contract execution.

3.7.          A Client who has provided their contact details and expressed a desire to receive information about the Website's offered services via electronic communication means (email, SMS, etc.) will receive offers about the services provided by the Company, newsletters, and other promotional material, inquiries about the provided services, and Website news.

3.8.          The Client has the right to opt-out of direct marketing messages at any time by indicating that he opts-out in his account. For non-clients, the opt-out option will be indicated (link) in the newsletter received or contacting the Company's email address [email protected].

 

4.     Disclosure and Transfer of Data to Third Parties

4.1.          The Company has the right to disclose information about the Client to third parties if necessary and reasonably required to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

4.2.          The Company provides personal data of those seeking employment to users offering jobs:

4.2.1.     If the job-seeking User selects their CV status as active and non-confidential, the Company has the right to disclose to Employers all personal data entered in the CV and other related personal data;

4.2.2.     If the job-seeking User selects their CV status as inactive, such personal data are not disclosed.

4.3.          Additionally, the Company has the right to disclose information about the User if:

4.3.1.     Required by law;

4.3.2.     To protect its rights or interests (including providing the User's personal data to third parties to collect debts owed to the Company);

4.3.3.     Intending to transfer part of the Company's business or assets, disclosing the User's personal data to a potential buyer of the business or part of it;

4.3.4.     Selling the Company's business or its substantial assets to third parties;

4.3.5.     IT service providers helping to ensure the proper functioning and development of the Website or the Company, including but not limited to cloud service providers, software developers, etc.

4.4.          The Company processes personal data only within the European Economic Area and does not transfer it to third countries or international organizations. However, if the Company does so, it ensures that personal data are transferred only to a third country or international organization that meets the personal data protection requirements equivalent to those in the European Economic Area.

 

5.     User's Rights Regarding Their Processed Personal Data

5.1.          The User, having given clear consent for their data processing, has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by selecting this opportunity in their profile.

5.2.          The Company will provide the User with information about the actions taken upon receiving the User's request regarding the User's rights within one month. This period may be extended by another 2 (two) months considering the complexity of the request. The User will be informed about the extension of the request processing period by electronic means unless there is a risk to data security and/or the User requests to receive the information otherwise.

5.3.          The User has the right to access their processed personal data at any time by submitting a request to the Company about any of the User's processed personal data. If the Company holds any of the User's data, the User has the right to access it. Such a request must be submitted to the email address: [email protected] by confirming the User's identity.

5.4.          Under certain data processing circumstances specified in the legal acts (e.g., when data is processed unlawfully, the legal basis for data processing has disappeared, etc.), the User has the right to request that their data be deleted. To do so, the User submits a request to the Company's email address: [email protected] by confirming their identity.

5.5.          Other rights: 1) The User has the right to request the correction of any inaccuracies in the held data. In such a case, the Company may require the corrected data to be confirmed; 2) The User has the right to request the restriction of processing of their personal data or not to process it; 3) The User has the right to data portability, which the Company received from the User with the User's consent or for contract purposes; 4) The User has the right to object to the Company using the User's personal data.

 

6.     Right to File a Complaint to a Supervisory Authority

6.1.          If the User believes that their rights as a Data Subject are or may be violated, the User should immediately contact the Company's email address: [email protected]. Upon receiving the User's notification, the Company undertakes to contact the User within a reasonable period and inform them about the investigation process and later about the investigation results.

6.2.          If the obtained results do not satisfy the User, the User has the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

7.     Other Conditions

7.1.          The Website may contain third-party advertisements, links to other websites. In such cases, third parties are solely responsible for the content of such advertisements, the information provided, data protection, and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

7.2.          Visiting third-party websites is at the User's own risk and responsibility. The Company assumes no direct or indirect liability for the content posted on them, the accuracy of the information provided, the opinion expressed on them, or the quality of the goods and services offered by third parties.

7.3.          The User is responsible for the confidentiality, accuracy, correctness, and completeness of the provided data, as well as for any actions (data transfer, placed orders, etc.). The Company will not be liable for any damage caused to the User due to the User providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or failing to inform the Company of changes to these data.

 

8.     Final Provisions

8.1.          This Privacy Policy may be updated or changed at any time. In such a case, the new version of the Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of its publication on the Website.
