Job Requirements

We are looking for a transfer supervisor to be based in either Tignes Le Lac or Tignes Val Claret. You will not be required to go to the airports and will instead greet our customers, manage your team and see our buses off from the resort.

You will be required to work 3 hours on Friday evenings preparing your lists and your team, 11 hours on Saturdays (starting very early in the morning) and 4 hours on Sundays.

We will need you to be available to work every weekend from early December until late April.

You would be on a French part-time, seasonal contract.

A good level of French is desired. It would be preferable, but not necessary, if you had your own car.

Experience of running airport transfers would be beneficial.

You would be expected to liaise with our managers and drivers and troubleshoot issues in resort.

– Be able to check in all passengers and call any missing customers using our app on your phone.

– Make announcements over the tannoy concerning Health and Safety and the journey ahead so customers understand their journey.
