Job Requirements

We are looking for a transfer Coordinator to be based in Les Deux Alpes. You will not be required to go to the airports and and will instead just see our buses off from the resort.

You will be required to work 3 hours on the Friday afternoon preparing your lists, calling drivers and liaising with our coach partners when necessary, 9 hours on the Saturday running transfers and 3 hours on a Sunday running transfers.

We will need you to be available to work every Saturday from December – April.

A good level of French and English is required for this position

You would be expected to liaise with our managers and drivers and troubleshoot issues in resort.

– Have excellent communication and customer service skills

– Have a friendly, approachable and flexible attitude to work and customers

– Be reliable and punctual

– Be able to check in all passengers and call any missing customers using our app on your phone.

– Make announcements over the tannoy concerning Health and Safety and the journey ahead so customers understand their journey.
