About Us: Join the festive fun with We Tree Kings, a leading Christmas tree retail franchise dedicated to bringing holiday cheer to our customers.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Retail Site Managers to run our retail sites this winter season.

Job Description: As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your Christmas tree retail site. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a team during busy periods, and ensure our customers leave with a smile and the perfect tree for their holiday celebrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
● Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as absolute self-efficiency
● Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
● Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment - must not be scared of the cold, wind and
rain!!
● Full UK driving license (own vehicle preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee all aspects of the site’s operations, from tree inventory to staff management.
● Deliver exceptional customer service.
● Ensure the site is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.
● Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
● Manage cash handling, sales records, and daily financial reporting.
● Coordinate with the franchise to ensure stock levels meet demand.
● Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
