Job Requirements
Experience in similar role or minimum 4 years restaurant experience. Fluency in English and French ideally but B1 as a minimum in each. This is a hands on junior management position.

Main responsibilities are ensuring the smooth running of busy evening services, management of reservations and a small team of waitstaff.
