Roles & Responsibilities

The part time maintenance/delivery role will involve deliveries of bread, shopping and luggage using our quads, liaise with our on-site manager to organise both client and owner stays, pre and post season set ups and shut downs, on hand to solve problems as they arise
Answer to the on-site manager
Pre-season set up and end of season shut downs of all properties
Pre-season chalet prep includes:
Maintenance checks and fixing things where needed
Turning on all heating and hot water
Delivering linen
Making sure all exteriors are prepped and clean
Notifying on-site manager of any works/purchases required
Adding extras required eg baby beds, welcome packs…
Bread delivery each morning
Wood delivery and other extras when ordered by clients
Small maintenance repairs where required
Baggage delivery for clients arriving/departing
Linen delivers for changeover - dropping clean/collecting dirty
Maintaining the company vehicles
Keep log of all works carried out in properties
Compiling shopping lists and purchasing items where needed
Chalet checks
A Les Arcs lift pass is included in the package and staff accommodation is available
