We are seeking a highly experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee our exceptional housekeeping team, this hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience from the yacht, luxury villa, or high-end hotel/chalet industry
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with an easy-going yet professional attitude
- Kind, approachable, and able to motivate a small, tight-knit team
- Confident with laundry and delicate fabric care.
- Autonomous and capable of working under minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

Head Housekeeper -

You will be the key link between the chalet manager and housekeeping team (3-5 staff), ensuring smooth operations, particularly during high-profile guest stays. This is a leadership role, where you’ll work alongside your team while maintaining an organised, seamless housekeeping service, including laundry and delicate fabric care

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and work with the housekeeping team to maintain 5-star cleanliness and attention to detail
- Liaise closely with the chalet manager on daily planning and housekeeping schedules
- Handle delicate fabrics and luxury laundry care with precision
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment with a friendly, hands-on approach
