Job Requirements

- EU/Swiss Passports – for both parts of the couple

- French speaking – at least one part of the couple should be elementary + level,
with the ability to communicate with locals

- English speaking – both parts of the couple

- Experience from high end hotels/restaurants, private homes or super yachts

- Experience working for high profile clients (with verbal references available from these clients)

- Competent skiers able to handle varying conditions including oH-piste

- Fitness – the cabane is at 3,000 metres. There is a 40-minute walk, snow shoe or
ski/skin to the property. Candidates must fit enough for these conditions

- A pure love for living and working in the mountains

- Flexible and hard-working attitude

- Must be prepared to be flexible if the task/circumstances require

- Attention to detail

- Discretion

- Driving Licence - one or both parts of the couple will need to drive the tracked
snow vehicle on sloped ground

- Drives like a car but some familiarisation/training will be given

Roles & Responsibilities

- Meet and greet clients

- Logistics - including planning

- Hosting – attending to all guest requirements whenever necessary

- Serving and clearing food and drink

- Organising entertainment, or any special requests for the guests

- Laying tables, table design must be 5* and bespoke

- Ensuring the guests requests are always attended to

- Ensuring the property is presented to 5* standards at all time

- Managing staff – mountain guide, chef, cleaners etc

- Overseeing any maintenance jobs

- Managing stock
