Job Requirements
Proven experience as a chef in a chalet, pub, restaurant, or similar environment.
Some level of English is required, as well as basic communication skills for working with a diverse team.
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods, especially during the ski season.
Flexibility with shifts (including evenings and weekends).
Must be eligible to work in France (EU passport or relevant visa).
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service.
Adjust and update menus to suit seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to health and safety regulations.
