Job Requirements
Cooking experience for groups sized 15-30, experience with vegetarian cooking, punctuality, preferably experience working as a chalet chef. The ability to work freelance is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is only available for a couple of weeks throughout the season, when we run the camps. There are currently 3 weeks scheduled, a possible fourth week may be added.
A team of 2 chalet chefs is responsible for keeping stock, preparing and serving dinner and an apres snack, and cleaning the kitchen and dinner area. In alternating shifts the chefs take turns in preparing breakfast with self-serve breadrolls, eggs, fruit and yoghurt.
