VIP SKI was founded in 1989 in the living room of our Managing Director, Andy Sturt. Since then, Andy and the team have been on an ongoing mission to continuously improve the quality of our holidays. With ambitious growth plans, we remain driven to achieve them.

Our team consists of 22 full-time professionals and around 170 dedicated seasonal staff, who together serve over 7,500 guests each winter.

As a friendly, privately owned ski company with over 30 years of experience in the Alps, we're proud of our reputation for taking care of both our colleagues and guests. Our team is essential to our success, and we provide thorough training and support, whether they’re in a permanent full-time role or a seasonal ski job.
