Job Requirements

Chef roles with Atlas Ski Co. are live in or out, and are for 42 hours per week.

Successful Candidates will;

- Have experience in a professional kitchen, private chef, long-term chalet chef or other roles that have relevance to our industry.
- Be able to work within a team environment, communication is key.
- Have a genuine passion for good food.
- Be motivated to further their cooking skills.
- Have excellent time management and hygiene standards.

Our remit is high end bistro, good quality ingredients prepared with care and attention, presented in a clean and professional way. Our style is generous, but subtle in the level of quality, there is no food budget, our menus are written by what is good to cook and eat, not by penny pinching or with excess and unnecessary ingredients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Cooking for up to 20 clients plus the team in Chalet Atlas, you will be responsible for;

- Creating, preparing a 3 course dinner 5 nights per week
- Breakfast 5 mornings
- Children's meals when required
- Staff meals
- Shopping & Ordering
- Kitchen & Store Room Standards & Cleanliness
